2. What is the Co-Prev Dataforce?
The Co-Prev Dataforce is a permanent working group that has been focusing on joint ICT and data projects in the sector since about 10 years ago. The SEED project arose within this working group from the desire to make the information contained in the databases of the various external prevention services available to third parties in a structured manner.
3. What is an external service for prevention and protection at work?
Every company in Belgium must have an internal service for prevention and protection at work. If this internal service cannot carry out all the assignments and tasks required by the regulations itself, then the company must make additional use of an external service for prevention and protection at work. More than 99.5% of all companies in our country rely on the services of an external prevention service.
In 2023, there are still 10 recognized external services for prevention and protection active in Belgium.
